The DuPage County Health Department is hosting a DuPage Mental Health Summit for Youth & Families from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday, May 9, at the County’s JTK Administration Building, 421 N County Farm Road, in Wheaton. The free event will include Youth Mental Health Impact Tours, a mental health expo, a keynote presentation by mental health advocate Ross Szabo, a panel discussion with local experts and more. Register at the following link. It is just one event being held this month, which is Mental Health Awareness Month. NAMI DuPage is collaborating with area organizations to hold programs to raise awareness and support residents affected by mental health conditions.
