The DuPage County Continuum of Care (CoC) is part of the Data Quality Collaborative, a Community Solutions initiative under the Built for Zero movement and began submitting data in January 2024.
This dashboard provides:
- Monthly counts of people experiencing homelessness in DuPage County.
- Average days from identification to housing.
- Number of persons exiting homelessness.
- Number of persons returning to homelessness.
- A community score on our local policies and procedures.
Currently, subpopulation and report card data are only available for single adults.
An overview of HUD funding, data quality and system performance dating back to 2015 for the DuPage County CoC (IL-514). Federal reporting period is October 1 – September 30.
Annual performance reporting updated throughout the year to help track activity across multiple project types such as Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing, and Permanent Housing (Rapid Re-Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, and other Permanent Housing).
